I’ve been designing digital products for almost 20 years. This has given me a perspective that makes appreciate every new technology, methodology and breakthrough that comes along. I have worked as freelance designer, I have had my own design studio, I have worked for startups as a consultant and as an employee. I have worked for a Fortune 500 company for a few years. I have lived and worked both in Mexico and in the United States.
With nearly two decades of experience in digital product design, I’ve seen the industry from every angle. From running my own studio and consulting for startups to working within a Fortune 500 company across the U.S. and Mexico, my career has been defined by variety.
I have watched trends come and go, but my fascination with this field only grows. I thrive on the constant evolution of technology and methodology. For me, the excitement lies in the fact that change is the only constant—giving us the unique opportunity to design the future every single day.

When I’m not working, I’m usually with my wife and our three teenagers. Our house is pretty musical—we all play instruments and love having long, random conversations. I’m also an avid pickleball player and a big fan of Mexican food, movies, and meeting new people to hear their stories.

My ideal project is all about being part of a dynamic team with a big goal or a tough problem to crack. Whether I'm working with a solo founder, a small startup, or a global corporation, what really gets me excited are the people I'm working with and the challenges we tackle together.

To me, AI is the ultimate collaborator. It lets us move faster and experiment more, but it still needs a seasoned hand to steer it toward high-fidelity, functional results. It’s an incredible time to be a designer because we’re moving from being the ones who 'draw' the product to being the ones who 'architect' the intelligence behind it.
So, the bottom line is that I love designing great digital products.
